The staff were extremely friendly and most helpful; always warm smiles. Breakfast was reasonable, and the production of good coffee was a bonus!
The room was quite small and cramped.

Superb location! On Via Cavour between metro stations Termini I Via Cavour. 1 block from Santa Maria Maggiore cathedral. Half way between Termini and Forum Romanum. The location doesn't get more central and more convenient in Rome.
I was checked out from the room half an houlr before checkout time (noon). I did the last bit of sightseeing in the mornig and when I got back to the hotel at 11:30 my bags were already in the hallway! Good thing I packed before I left the room...... Not sure how it works in Italy but I paid for the room to be there 'til noon!

The staff at Saturnia were the kindest and most helpful hotel staff we've ever come across. They were brilliant gave us tips on what to do each day, booked us Vatican tickets online, let us use their computer etc etc. Very helpful indeed. The location was also excellent.

I reserved a room with personal bathroom for 4 days. but for first and second night i have a room with shared bathroom. staff just tell me "we have a problem, i dont have a room(private bathroom) for you". If so then this why i will book the hotel ? If you do not have room, why you will let me book? crazy? and the last, internet cant use all time ,its just only use Internet is available only 1 hour. And need to request the code(new username and password) again. Which will be available for 1 hour.

I loved staying at Saturnia, very helpful and friendly staff. Had a nice room, and breakfast was decent. Would definitely recommend to friends, and will choose Saturnia for our next visit to the amazing city of Rome.

The location to the train station n tourist sights but most importantly the friendly staffs namely, Alejandro n the lady staff (whom i am unable to recall her name) that really made us book this hotel during our return trip back to Rome. I would certainly come back to stay here if I am back in Rome someday (,")

It is one of the nicest things in Rome because I am usually travelling with very tight budget! (Meaning, do not go there if you are not tight traveller :p) Even I did use the shared bathroom and toilet, and also I understand people who say the breakfast is dull, but staying there was not bad overall. Yes, there are only BREAD and some pastries, jams, NUTELLA!, coffee, ham, and cheese. But I could not complain about it because I totally know how much I paid for staying. So I strongly recommend to stay here for people who are young and young and young...! ^_^ 한인민박보다 여기 묵으시는 게 훨씬 좋을 거에요. 다만 가족분들보다는 친구나 젊은 연인들에게 좋을거라는 생각이 듭니다. And also it is not far from Termini station but not very close so that you are safe from noise on streets and etc.

The reception is very helpful and friendly! The room is big enough and clean. Tv & Wifi are all great and free!
It takes time to find it even though the location is great! Maybe because the gps on my phone gave out a wrong information, it takes me longer than expected to get there.
